Heavy-Duty Cartridge Spindle
The spindle unit is assembled in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment. Dual-row cylindrical roller bearings at the nose absorb heavy radial cutting forces, while duplex angular contact bearings absorb bi-directional thrust loads during drilling and heavy roughing cuts.
High-Speed Indexing Turret
Tool indexing is driven by a precision servo motor with curvic coupling clamping, achieving adjacent tool index times of just 0.25 seconds with 0.002 mm repeatability.
