The Mainland CNC TCK56 is engineered for demanding metal removal tasks where standard lathes suffer from vibration and tool deflection. With its reinforced 45° Meehanite bed and high-torque A2-8/A2-11 spindle, the TCK56 routinely executes heavy depths of cut (up to 10 mm radial depth) in high-strength carbon steels and chrome-moly forgings.
Big-Bore Spindle & Thermal Regulation
Designed for oilfield threading and heavy shaft processing, the headstock incorporates an active air-oil cooling circuit that maintains spindle thermal stability throughout long multi-pass threading cycles.
